We are happy to notify you that your Bid dated March 30, 2010 for Supply and Delivery of Twenty (20) units SMS Data Logger & Seven (7) units Manual Data Logger (Package 2 of 3) for the Contract Price of equivalent to Four Million Two Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Five Pesos Only (P4,227,285.00), which was approved for award per DCWD Board Resolution No. 10-151 dated May 14, 2010 is hereby accepted.

You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) days the performance security in the form of manager’s check, cashier’s check or irrevocable letter of credit amounting to Two Hundred Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Four Pesos & 25/100 only (P211,364.25) as stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders.  Failure to provide the performance security shall constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the bid security.
