Dear Mr. Tiu:

We are happy to notify you that your Bid dated March 30, 2010 for Supply and Delivery of 116 pieces 250mm diameter x 3.40mm thick x 6 meters Mortar Lined and Cement Coated Steel Pipes (Package 1 of 3) for the Contract Price of equivalent to One Million Seven Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Pesos Only (P1,798,000.00), which was approved for award per DCWD Board Resolution No. 10-150 dated May 14, 2010 is hereby accepted.

You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) days the performance security in the form of manager’s check, cashier’s check or irrevocable letter of credit amounting to Eighty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos only (P89,900.00) as stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders.  Failure to provide the performance security shall constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the bid security.
