We are happy to notify you that your Bid dated June 16, 2010 for Supply and Delivery of Four  (4) units Asian Utility Vehicle (AUV), Non-Aircon Close Type with an Engine Displacement of not less than 2,400 cc but not more than 2500 cc Diesel Engine with fabricated tool box at the rear body (Package 4) for the Contract Price of equivalent to Two Million Nine Hundred Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Six Pesos & 92/100 (P2,902,356.92), which was approved for award per DCWD Board Resolution No. 10-238 dated July 3, 2010 is hereby accepted.

You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) days the performance security in the form of manager’s check, cashier’s check or irrevocable letter of credit amounting to One Hundred Forty Five Thousand One Hundred Seventeen Pesos & 85/100 (P 145,117. 85) or a Surety Bond callable upon demand issued by a Surety or Insurance Company duly certified by the Insurance Commission as authorized to issue such security amounting to Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand Seven Hundred Seven Pesos & 08/100 (P870,707.08) as stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders.  Failure to provide the performance security shall constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the bid security.
