SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN

Please find herewith Amendment or Modification on some items in the Bidding Documents.

Amendment to paragraph 2 of Section I – Invitation to Bid, specifically the contract duration, Page No. 7, which shall now read as follows:

1. The Davao City Water District now invites bids for the Drilling of 200M depth pilot hole with 250mmØ borehole, 200M depth well utilization with gravel pack and 18m depth cement grout with 1m clay seal for sanitary seals, 600mmØ upper borehole with 400mmØ x 91 linear meters Blank Casing, 400mmØ lower borehole with 250mmØ stainless screen/blank casing combination Rotary Drilling Method. It also includes furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation including fuel, power and water and any other means necessary to complete all works and located in Barangay Bankas, Lubogan, Davao City.  Completion of the Works is required within the contract duration of 180 Calendar Days. Interested bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

ADDENDUM No. 2

Amendment to Section VIII – Bill of Quantities, to breakdown items for Mobilization and Demobilization and to correct the unit under Exploratory Drilling (Preliminary Design), Item I, Page No. 79, which shall now read as follows:
